You need to renew your domain. To renew your domain, please visit http://www.webservio.net/domainservices/renewdomain.html for the most recent/updated instructions.

Due to increasing difficulties and frustration with the current OpenSRS (TuCows) domain renwal/management systems, we are urging all clients to transfer their domains to our new registrar.  OpenSRS (TuCows) is unable to provide us with an acceptable user interface.  Thecurrent interface will not accept credit card payments for domain renewals if the expiration date of the credit card is past 2012 or if it is a Discover card.  As a result, Webservio will not be able to support customers who choose to keep their domains with OpenSRS (TuCows).

If you recently renewed your domain with OpenSRS/TuCows, you must wait 45 days before proceeding with the transfer process in order to keep the year(s) renewal you recently purchased.  After 45 days have passed from the date of your recent renewal, your domain will enter into the optimal transfer period in which you can transfer your domain to ournew registrar and receive an additional year of domain activation.  Please find the benefits of transferring your domain listed below:

• Annual domain renewals cost $11.95/yr. for most domain extensions.  This provides some savings over your current OpenSRS pricing of $25/yr.


• All invoices for domain renewals, payments, and submission of the domain renewal are handled through your account at:  http://billing.webservio.net. This means invoices are automatically created 2 weeks prior to your domain expiration date and sent to your email address. If you have a credit card on file, the invoices are automatically paid on the invoice due date and the domain is automatically renewed.  If you prefer mail-in payments, your domain will automatically renew once your payment has been received and posted by our Accounting Department.  No more logging into separate areas to simply renew a domain!


• Complete domain management is located via our billing system as well located at:  http://billing.webservio.net .  This means you can easily update your domain contact information and/or the nameservers for your domain at any time.

For a small fee of $45, our staff can handle the entire domain transfer process for you.  Please send an email to:  support@webservio.net with "Request for Domain Transfer" in the subject line.  Include your contact information, domain name, and  your domain username and password within the body of the email.  If you do not know your domain
username and password, please let us know  and we'll be
happy to assist you in obtaining that information.  A Webservio Customer Care Representative will contact you to confirm payment of the transfer process.

If you prefer to complete the domain transfer yourself, please follow steps 1 through 3 located at:  http://www.webservio.net/domainservices/transferdomain.html.  Once you have completed these steps, please login to your billing account at:  http://billing.webservio.net and do the following:

1. Select "Order" from the right-side navigation


2. Select "Domain Registration" from the Categories dropdown box


3. Click the radio button next to "I want to transfer my domain to Webservio, Inc." and type in the domain name you wish to transfer from OpenSRS (TuCows).


4. Click on "Check Availability"


5. Once the green "Available!  Order Now" box appears, click on "Add to Cart"


6. Enter the EPP Code (aka Domain Authorization Code) which you obtained from OpenSRS (TuCows) when you followed steps 1-3 located on our website at:  http://www.webservio.net/domainservices/transferdomain.html


7. If your domain uses nameservers other than those listed, please update them accordingly.  Your current nameserver information should have been obtained from the WhoIs lookup you preformed when following steps 1-3 located on our website at:  http://www.webservio.net/domainservices/transferdomain.html


8. Select "Update Cart"


9. Make certain your contact details are correct, select your method of payment, enter any additional information you'd like us to know, agree to the Terms of Service, and select "Complete Order"


10. Check your domain administrator email account for an email from OpenSRS (TuCows) to confirm your intention of transferring the domain.  YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER PROCESS

• Click
  on "Services"


• Under
  "Domains," click on the domain you wish to manage


• Modify
  the contact details and/or the nameservers for your domain


• If
  you wish to unlock the domain, click on "Unlock"
